Because the whole machine discards the heat-transfer oil jacket for heating, the machine is small in size and large in internal space, making the maintenance more convenient. At the same time, it is more energy-saving (the installed capacity of the two-component model is less than 9kw, and 1 / 4 of the old model) and environmental protection. According to the requirements, the 220V power supply can also work.



2. One button color paste switching function: the machine can add multi-component (up to 5 groups) color paste independently or at the same time into the mixing head, which can quickly and conveniently switch colors with one button. It can also mix any color that customers like according to the CMYK color matching principle (similar to the four color ink cartridge of the printer). At the same time, the color adding system can independently adjust the pressure to match the pressure of raw materials, Thus more kinds of colors are guaranteed.



3. Pressure adjustable needle valve machine head (our company has applied for patent): as we all know, the most ideal state of the pouring machine is that the pouring and circulating pressure are similar, so as to ensure the consistent pouring time and stable flow of each component. All components of the machine are controlled by the needle valve, so the pouring pressure and circulating pressure can be adjusted to the best value, so as to ensure the accuracy of the proportion and each component The discharging time is the same, and the raw materials will not be wasted due to the imbalance of proportion at the beginning of pouring (the old model will waste 200-400g raw materials at the beginning of each pouring).






4. Exquisite mixing head: the head of this machine is made of 316 stainless steel, with good finish, no rust, beautiful appearance and durability. Because the machine adopts the most advanced vertical cutting and mixing technology, the anchor type mixing head can easily make the materials evenly mixed without requiring a high speed (3000-3500r / min). The mixing chamber is small in volume (3cm in diameter) and equipped with a cleaning needle valve (two cleaning valves in the old model), so the waste of methane dioxide and raw materials will be saved by more than 50% each time.



5. Electrical control: This machine uses 10.1 inch touch screen as upper computer, Siemens PLC as lower computer, Siemens pressure and temperature measurement and control module, original German high temperature pressure sensor, Siemens high-speed hybrid motor, all of which ensure the stability and reliability of the machine. PID algorithm is used for temperature, with higher accuracy (temperature control accuracy within ± 0.5 degrees) On the touch screen, you can budget the speed required to complete the metering pump. One person can complete the scale test operation.



6. Remote assistance function (optional): This machine can remotely assist customers to solve problems in operation through the Internet (wired or wireless network). Monitor and judge the correctness of data and upgrade the software system remotely, so that customers can solve the problems in the shortest time and greatly improve the work efficiency.

Protection function: the protection circuit of the system is complete, including pressure protection, overload protection, material shortage protection (optional), metering pump not started protection (to avoid pouring when a metering pump is not started). All faults are diagnosed and displayed on the touch screen, and fault records are consulted at any time. It is convenient to find out the fault quickly and solve the problem.8. 9. Power off cleaning and discharging function: the built-in UPS power supply of the machine (optional), which starts automatically in case of unexpected power off, can complete the cleaning and discharging of the machine head in a certain time, and will not cause the mixing head to be blocked or unable to be removed.





10. Any combination of multi-component functions: the machine can achieve up to 7 components (including color paste and catalyst), which can be used to produce different isocyanate systems such as TDI / MDI / NDI and elastomer products with different chain extenders.



11. The machine is equipped with MOCA melting device, which can melt itself by pouring MOCA directly into the funnel above tank B, avoiding the red and discoloration of the product caused by the high temperature of conventional electromagnetic furnace or open fire. Improved product quality.



12. This machine uses the difference of pouring cycle pressure to judge whether the proportion deviates from the preset value in the pouring process, which fundamentally eliminates the problem of proportion imbalance. The stability of the machine is greatly improved!

Stable color adding and pressing system: because the proportion of color paste in the production process is very small, it is easy to cause a large pressure difference and unable to produce color paste (because the pressure value in the mixing room is relatively high, and the pressure value of color paste is low due to the small proportion), so we have added a pressure regulating and stabilizing system in the color adding system to ensure the saturation and uniformity of the product color.



15. This machine has a wide range of adjustable proportional values and four combinations (three-component models AB, AC, BC, ABC). One machine can basically meet the proportion requirements of prepolymer and chain extender processes in the existing market.
